DENTAL INSURANCE
Dental insurance works a lot like a coupon. This coupon has benefits but is also has restrictions like airline blackout dates (specific dates when rewards or discounts are not available). Whatever insurance you have, we will do our best maximizing your "coupon" towards your dental needs.
In other words, we are happy to file insurance claims with any insurance company that provides "out of network" benefits (Cigna, Aetna, Anthem, Met Life, Guardian, UHC, etc.) We recommend that you confirm your insuance benefits with your insurance plan prior to your visit. We will do our best to assist our patients with the details of their individual plans. However, the best resource for your questions will be your insurance carrier due to the complexity and uniqueness of each insurance plan.
If being in-network is super important to you, we can recommend great dentists in the area that are in-network with your plan.
NO INSURANCE? NO PROBLEM!
Good news! There is a great chance our prices will be lower than any dentist you have been to before while still maintaining the highest level of care. We support our patients in their decisions to be uninsured. By not participating with dental insurances, our administrative costs are lower. This in turn allows us to pass the savings on to our patients by keeping our prices lower than other dental offices. All our patients, whether insured of uninsured, benifit from these savings.

WHY WE DON'T BELIEVE IN DENTAL INSURANCE
Instead of letting dental insurance dictate your treatment, we want you to play a larger role in the decision-making process. What your dental insurance wants is to pay as little as possible towards your dental treatment. Because of this, dentists that have a contractual agreement (in-network) with dental insurances will select your treatment based on what the insurance company will repay/reimburse the dentist the most for. It is common that these treatments are not the best option for you. We are not on the same page when it comes to your chewing and smiling success, and we do not want dental insurances to have a seat at the table when it comes to making decisions for your teeth.
